Is shipping included?
Shipping is an additional flat rate of $10.
What carrier do you use to ship?
All boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
How long will it take to ship?
Boxes take 2 days to process and 1-3 business days to ship.
How do I know if my box has been delivered?
After your purchase is complete you will receive a confirmation email to let you know the order has been received.
When the order is shipped out your will receive a fulfillment email that will include your tracking number.
You can track your package at USPS.com with this tracking number.
I need it there by a specific day, can I do that?
Of course! Half the fun is timing a gift perfectly. Simply add an "Arrive By Date" in the Gift Details Form when you add the item to your cart and we will ship out your package accordingly. Keep in mind that processing takes 2 days and shipping takes 2-3 days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the United States.
Can I order more than one box at a time?
Sure thing! For each box in your order fill out the recipient's address in the Gift Details Form that appears after you add the item to your cart. This is also where you can include a personalized message and enter an "Arrive By" date.
When you check out you can review and edit your shipping details for each box by clicking on the "Edit Details" link below each item in your cart. Once all shipping information is confirmed, place your order.
You will be prompted to enter a shipping address again at check out, this can be the billing address for the credit card you are using. As long as you have entered the name and address for each recipient in the Gift Details Form you are good to go.

What comes with my SUNNYDAY box?
We take all the guesswork out of gifting! Each curated gift is packed in our signature SUNNYDAY grey box, with exactly the same items pictured on our product pages. A gift card featuring an themed quote, and your personalized message along with a list of purveyors are also included. Each box is then carefully wrapped up with a crisp white bow.
Can I write a personalized note?
Yes please! Simply type your message in the Gift Details Form when you add any box to your cart. From there we will format your message to color coordinate with the custom packaging and print on our Sunnyday gift cards.
What size is the box?
10.5" x 8.5" x 5"

What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
Is this a subscription box?
Nope, your gift will be a one time shipment of the box you select. However, our boxes make great gifts for all the subscription box enthusiasts in your life, because we all know they really, really like getting packages in the mail.
