A SunnyDay: Quote of the Week
SunnyDay Mercantile

I love this quote. I've been waiting to use it until I could pair it with an appropriate photo and then I stumbled across this image from my trip to Costa Rica last December. I climbed this precarious thirty foot ladder, just to get to the platform above. Yes, I was scared. So much so, that I had to stop at the crook of the tree to take a break because my hands were shaking so badly. All the while asking myself "What the Hell are you doing?" and debating if I should keep going or climb back down. Eventually, I convinced myself it would be worth it and breathed through the fear for the last ten feet.
It was worth it.
Swaying inside the limbs of that great tree with mountains and rainforest as far as the eyes could see. It was only a year ago that I was facing a similar struggle in my personal life. I had that same feeling of being stuck in the crook, afraid to move forward into the unknown because I didn't know if the new view would be worth it.
It was worth it.
Live fearlessly my friends.
