One of the best things about a trip to the Bahamas is the fresh fish. Each little town has a dock and every day around 3pm - if the weather was fair - you can buy from the fishermen as they come in for the day. I discovered this stand in Tarpum Bay, a sleepy little town just a ways south of Governor's Harbour. We scored two beautiful groupers, had them filleted, popped them into the cooler, took a slew of photos, and got back to onto Queen's Highway to continue our Bahamian road trip. The images turned out almost as beautifully as the grouper dinner that night!
